Established in 2008, Farrow Management brings over a decade of experience in professional management services.
Since 2009, our focus has been dedicated exclusively to condominium management, supporting communities with reliable, compliant, and practical solutions.
We provided condominium management companies with a manager that served corporations of all sizes from small self-managed communities to large high-rise buildings.
Our approach is consistent and detail-oriented, delivering high-quality service while supporting sound financial stewardship and long-term property value.
We work collaboratively with management companies, boards of directors, and owners to promote well-maintained properties, with reasonable operating costs, and strong, engaged communities.

Leadership & Commitment
Farrow Management is led by David Farrow, a CMRAO General Licence holder and experienced condominium professional.
David earned the Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation in 2012 and the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation in 2017.
He is an active member of CAI Canada and the Ontario Association of Emergency Managers, supporting effective emergency preparedness within condominium communities.

Condominium Administration
We provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure effective operations and regulatory compliance.
Services include;
attendance at annual general meetings, preparation of annual service plans,
contract negotiation, dispute resolution in accordance with governing documents, supervision of on-site personnel and subcontractors.
Board Governance Support
Our licensed managers work closely with boards of directors to support informed decision-making and sound governance.
Services include preparation and attendance at board and committee meetings, review of governing documents with tailored recommendations, drafting of rules and amendments, and preparation of clear monthly management reports. Secure online access to documents, notices, financials, and community communications is provided at the board’s discretion.
Financial Services
We deliver structured, transparent financial management aligned with each corporation’s long-term goals. Services include annual budget preparation, electronic fee collection (PAD/EFT), coordination of investments in alignment with the Reserve Fund Funding Plan, detailed monthly financial reporting, accounts payable processing, and banking coordination with the corporation’s chosen financial institution.
Property Management
Our property management services focus on proactive maintenance, accountability, and clear communication.
This includes oversight of common area maintenance, regular property inspections with written recommendations, service request tracking and resolution, pre-qualification and oversight of contractors, and detailed monthly operational reporting. Emergency service (non-life-threatening) is available 24/7, with customized annual, preventative, and contingency planning for each property.
Project Management
We provide oversight and coordination of on-site projects to ensure work is completed in accordance with approved scopes, timelines, and budgets, while maintaining operational continuity for residents.
Individual & Consulting Services
For corporations that require additional support beyond their existing management agreement, we offer flexible consulting and review services.
With over 15 years of industry experience, we assist boards with targeted reviews, compliance assessments, and specialized projects.
